Garage conversion completed in Bath for a nursery/crèche/ dance studio.

Fun project this one!

Fully studded out and insulated. New double glazed full glass panel door and window to let the light in.
A very nice new insulated garage door and some cedar cladding to finish the outside. 👌

Landing, stairwell and hallway re-plaster. 

Bit of work over boarding artex ceilings, rebuilding some masonry and keeping original coving exposed. Plenty of angles and a lot of beads 🫡

Bit of final fix carpentry as well. 

Came out nice though and pleased with the finish 👌

It's been a pleasure working on this property of which the finish is exceptional.

I was brought in to add some new elements and finishing touches

✔️Skirting boards fitted on ground floor. 💪

✔️Custom kitchen cabinets, side panels, strip light panels and boxing in etc. etc. etc. 👌

✔️Oak shelves and elm desks fitted to (some very wonky) alcoves, with routered hinges for that minimalist touch. 😅

✔️Custom ply under stairs cupboard installed, boxing out of cables, oak radiator shelf and door ironmongery fitted.🤙

✔️Oak shelves fitted joining two alcove cupboards together. 😍

✔️Oak pocket door and threshold installed. Oak shelves and toilet counter top fitted and door ironmongery fitted. 🫡

The work that went into the jobs is not evident which I guess is the idea 😅. But I hope that with the attention to detail I've done the property justice.

Little knock through and steel install and all of properties ceilings re-boarded and plastered because of asbestos.
