After successfully restoring 21 Milsom Street, we’re excited to continue our work along this iconic Bath thoroughfare with a £300,000 refurbishment at No. 6, in partnership with Bath & North East Somerset Council (BANES).

Since June, our team has been carefully preserving the unique character of this Grade II listed building, while upgrading it to modern safety and operational standards. Ground Stability Works Completed at Cleve Court

We’ve completed four weeks of ground stability works at Cleve Court (Twerton) for BANES, tackling land movement and retaining wall issues. A failed timber crib wall was reinforced with anchors, rockfall netting, and gabion baskets. Careful planning and precise engineering have strengthened slopes and walls, ensuring long-term safety and peace of mind for residents, staff, and the wider community.

Essential Roofing Works Underway at Burnham-on-Sea Police Station

Following our successful refurbishment of the external fire escape at Kenneth Steele House, we’ve been awarded another project with Avon and Somerset Police - essential roofing works at Burnham-on-Sea Police Station.

This £60,000, four-week project began in September and is set for completion later this month. Works include reroofing the rear slope of the main building and applying a RESTEC FLEXITEC fibreglass resin system to the vehicle workshop roof to fix ongoing leaks.

All team members have completed Avon and Somerset Police’s external security vetting, ensuring strict compliance with site protocols. We continue to work closely with police staff to maintain full safety and security throughout the project. After standing vacant for nearly a year following fire damage, La Maison has been fully restored and is ready to welcome new tenants. Sanctuary Housing, one of the UK’s leading housing associations, wanted the property reinstated quickly to provide safe, high-quality housing once again.

Our team managed the entire refurbishment, from fire damage restoration to modernisation. Works included a full strip-out, electrical rewire, new heating system, and the installation of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom. We also reconfigured the layout for better use of space, fitted energy-efficient windows and doors, and redecorated the property throughout. Fire Escape Refurbishment at Kenneth Steel House
We’ve completed a £60,000 refurbishment of the primary fire escape staircase at Avon & Somerset Police HQ, Bristol. Despite being 25 years old and suffering from significant concrete damage, the staircase had to remain fully operational throughout.

Over a four-week phased programme, we carried out structural concrete repairs with high-performance Sika repair mortars, restored reinforcement, repaired balustrades and the flat roof, applied a slip-resistant coating, and redecorated throughout.
