Project Update: Dust Wall Installation

We’re pleased to share the recently successful completion of a 5,000 sqm internal dust wall at a newly built Energy-from-Waste (EFW) facility. This installation was designed to prevent dust from spreading from the Bottom Ash Room to the Main Boiler Hall.

With the roof already in place and machinery access limited, the entire elevation relied solely on rope access, lifting, and rigging techniques to position and secure the pre-galvanized buildup and cladding sheets.

A well-executed project delivered by our skilled techs. Excellent work by everyone involved.

Steel er****on work carried out for new clients.

After the internal tower crane was dismantled we were able to close the roof opening and complete the boiler hall steel work.

All work was completed within the allocated time given to us by the mobile crane.

We have recently completed a project changing old sprinkler heads for new in a large live distribution warehouse.

Over 1800 heads were swapped out using a combination of MEWP and rope access methods.

Working closely with the client we were able to segregate works, minimise disruption to warehouse operations and completing under schedule.

This one involved a lot of tough climbing! well done to all the team for pushing this project on.
