From dated gas fire to timeless feature.
We carefully removed the old wall-mounted gas burner, opened the chimney back up to its original proportions, and fully boarded the structure. Individual brick slips were then meticulously applied to recreate a classic, authentic brick fireplace, finished with a single-piece 20mm black honed granite hearth for a clean, refined edge.
The result is a warm, characterful Stove Buddy 3 wood-burning stove installation that feels both original and contemporary — a true centrepiece for the home.
Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality materials throughout.
