Here is another current project of ours at the Belvedere in Long Ashton, Bristol. At this late 18th century, grade II listed property we have completely removed all the damaging cement render and are in the process of reinstating the correct lime based render.

Our lime rendering job is nearing completion today 🙌

This project is a Victorian, 4 story townhouse in Montpelier and has been completed by our Lime specialist Karen and Marcus using a guaged hot mixed lime render (traditional 3 coat system)

This video (narrated by our decorator) shows a walk round one of our ongoing projects (G2 listed) that is being finalised this week with the application of Keim silicate paint onto new lime render. Keim have very cleverley managed to colour match another paint used on other parts of the building.

On this project we completed a full exterior renovation including;

• Lime rendering
• Paint removal from lime render using the thermatech system (specialist steam cleaner for heritage buildings)
• Refurbishment of over 40 timber and leaded windows, doors and fascias
• Masonry painting
• Replacement lintel and resetting coping stones
