🔔 We’re delighted to continue building a strong, collaborative partnership with Bristol City Council - one that delivers real value for both organisations and, most importantly, for the people of Bristol. Since 2023, we are proud to have completed 400 bathroom installations, a milestone that reflects our shared commitment to improving homes and lives across the city. This journey has required dedication and teamwork, making it especially rewarding to receive positive feedback from both the Council Management team and local residents.

We’re proud to be supporting Crest Nicholson at their Rowden Park housing development, contributing to their mission of delivering energy-efficient homes. Here are some images of Harry Collins, our expert Renewables Engineer, installing state-of-the-art photovoltaic panels on domestic properties.

With over 500 installations completed annually for a variety of clients, our Retrofit Department is experiencing an exciting period of growth.

We are very pleased with the renewal of our MCS certification and look forward to driving sustainability forward by delivering cutting-edge energy-efficient solutions to homes across the region.

🔔 Contract win!

We are very pleased to have been awarded a contract extension by Crest Nicholson for Phases 6 and 7 of the Harry Stoke housing development in Bristol. This contract involves comprehensive electrical installation services for the construction of 219 new homes over the next 3 years.

The Harry Stoke development, led by Crest Nicholson, is a major residential project that includes a mixture of houses and apartments, with a range of two, three, and four-bedroom options, all built to meet high environmental and energy efficiency standards. As part of Phases 6 and 7, we will be responsible for all electrical installations, including wiring, lighting, power systems, and the integration of smart home technologies.

We have successfully completed electrical installations for 400+ properties in the earlier phases of the development. This new contract for Phases 6 and 7 further solidifies our partnership with Crest Nicholson and demonstrates our ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality electrical services in large-scale residential developments. We are very excited to continue to work with Crest Nicholson and contribute to the growth of the Harry Stoke community and support the delivery of high-quality, sustainable housing.

We have recently worked together with Tai Tarian at YMCA Neath to completely transform their sports hall and men’s toilets. Through a team effort, we worked together to achieve an updated facility area for the charity. Huge thank you to those involved for a great cause!
