*Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer - Bristol*

Ardo Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer to join our UK wide field-based team.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio including hospitality, healthcare, retail, education and food production environments, carrying out installations, service, maintenance and repair.

*Key Responsibilities*

Installation of split refrigeration and air con systems.
Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and air con systems
Fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of equipment
Completion of planned preventative maintenance tasks
Ensuring high standards of compliance and customer service

*Requirements*

3+ years experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC
F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
Work on own and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check

*Package & Benefits*

£35,000 to £48,000 salary DOE
Company van
25 days holiday + bank holidays

Our Ardo Mortuary Team has been in Glasgow completing the installation of a custom mortuary room designed to maximise storage space — and we’re thrilled with the result!

After a free site survey, we discovered the space couldn’t fit two standard doors. Our solution? A set of double doors to allow full access to the two sets of racking behind.

In just 2.5 days, we:
🧰 Decommissioned the old system
⚙️ Installed and tested new equipment
❄️ Delivered a tailored refrigeration and storage solution
