Everything but the Ceiling Plastered on this lovely Victorian property with the customer wanting to keep the traditional style of the rooms Coving & Dado Rail. Creating the corners with angle beads and removing the timber corners NOT “Scrimming & Beading” knowing it will crack further down the line, a repair on Bay Window cracks and some fresh Plaster 🤌🏻 Protection left down as requested for decoration.

The most recent job now officially complete on what is soon to be a Care Home. With 8 Bedrooms all with En-Suites and Storage Cupboards, an Upstairs Office, Hallway Stairs & Landing, Main Bathroom, Storage spaces under the stairs, a Communal Area, Kitchen Area & Entrance Porch this one was a beast! 🤌🏻
All external walls were needing key preparation before Plastering along with a lot of making good on areas due to the renovation process.

Some Extras added onto a job taken on towards the back end of last year now fully complete. All ready for Cladding & Corrugated Metal Sheeting. 🤌🏻 Back to the Care Home tomorrow for the final big push on ground level. A great start to the New Year carrying on as we mean to go! 🫡
