On a recent conservatory conversion we have been doing. Removal of the side window panels, stud walled, render board and finished in Thin coat render.

Some mdf boxing completed to hide the soil stack, junction boxes and steal beam in this kitchen. An access panel has also been fitted in the middle for the electrics.

Sometimes, it's worth starting from a fresh surface to gain that lasting quality finish. Here, we stripped back the old stain and wax finish on this large garage door and finished in rosewood sadolin.

The apex above had multiple areas of rot to the timber, so it was best to replace it. As you can see, we replaced all of the front facing timbers and painted them back to its original colours.

The gable dormer cladding was recently completed following the failure of the existing render, which had begun to detach due to poor and incorrect installation by a previous contractor. The defective render was fully removed, and any damaged or unsuitable boards were replaced as required. A suitable membrane was then installed to provide protection, before finishing the dormer with high-quality grained composite cladding to ensure durability, weather resistance, and a clean, professional appearance.
