We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Xero Accounts/Payroll Administrator to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include;

-The input of all purchases and invoices, including sub-contractors and verifying these when necessary.

-Dealing with all payment aspects of purchases and bank reconciliation.

-Liaising with contractors and suppliers to deal with any invoice queries or chasing payments.

-Fortnightly payroll of PAYE staff and sub-contractors as well and monthly PAYE payments. This will include pension payments.

-Assist with month/year end processes.

This is a fast paced role which requires a self-motivated, highly organised person with excellent attention to deal and who works well in a team. This position will be based in our office in Warmley, Bristol.

Requirements;

· AAT qualification

· 2+ years’ experience

· Experience in CIS & VAT

· Experience using Xero

· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft

· Ability to work well in a team and communicate

· Ability to prioritise the workload and work to deadlines where necessary

Open to discussion about working hours and full-time/part-time contract for the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who will be dedicated and work alongside a small, friendly group of people in the office to assist with ensuring smooth running of the business.

JJ Interiors limited are an interior fit-out contractor located in Warmley, Bristol and we are currently looking to recruit a full time Quantity Surveyor to support our experienced commercial team.
Hours of Work
8:30-17:00, Monday to Friday
Key Duties/Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:
· Produce monthly application’s, invoices and payments to deadlines
· Identify changes to works information
· Carrying out site measurements and costing variations
· Quality control, material scheduling etc
· Support the commercial team in all commercial aspects of the business
· Management of projects in-line with contractual obligations
Requirements:
· Great attention to detail
· Excellent IT and communication skills
· Organised and a practical thinker
· Ability to work to deadlines
