Here’s a project that we competed in BS5 back in November…

Leaky plumbing, rising damp, defective render, and a roof that was way past its sell by date, were causing significant damp problems to the inside of the property.
While stripping back the existing kitchen, ceiling and plaster work from the inside, we also discovered a rotten floor which had at some point been filled with gravel!

Works carried out included:

Detailed damp survey identifying causes and solutions to the various issues ✅
Removal of blown and defective exterior render ✅
Removal of kitchen, flooring, ceiling and plaster✅
Renewed plumbing services✅
Kitchen rewire✅
New floor laid ✅
New Chemical Damp Proof Course (DPC) Injected ✅
Masonry treated for hygroscopic salt contamination ✅
Interior re plastered using a breathable, salt inhibiting, lime based system.✅
Insulated roof with new lead-work, breathable felt, batten, tiles and guttering ✅
Rotten window lintel replaced ✅
Exterior render applied with mesh base coat, silicone coloured finish ✅

A very extensive and thorough set of works, carried out to a high spec!

Another happy customer, with the next door neighbours also asking for a quote for theirs!

Coloured siloxane top coat to finish ✅
Sash windows repaired and painted ✅
Basement tanked and plastered for kitchen fitting✅
