Learn about Demand Controlled Ventilation and Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery next month.

We spend 90% of our lives inside buildings and yet the indoor air quality is often poor. As we continue to improve the airtightness of our buildings, we need to ensure that the quality of indoor air is maintained for our health and wellbeing.

Ventilation Series 1: Demand Controlled Ventilation (DCV)
📅 3rd June, 11am - 1pm

Trainer Vince House will briefly cover the basic principles of ventilation and look at different ventilation systems available today. He will explain how demand controlled ventilation works and why it performs as a low carbon solution when space and budget are tight.

Ventilation Series 2: Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)
📅 11th June, 11am - 1pm

Tom Hetherington Heywood and Ben East will explain when it is right to use MVHR, good design watchpoints, making space for ducts and units, what makes MVHR perform optimally and the critical points for good installation and commissioning. You will understand the range of benefits MVHR will deliver from a health, comfort and performance perspective.

Each session can be attended separately, but you can get a discount when you book the full series!

Both events qualify for CPD points, and you can download a CPD checklist on our website.
