Aftercare & Warranty
Every bathroom I install comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee as standard. For clients who want longer cover or ongoing maintenance, I offer two optional aftercare services — an Aftercare Membership and an Extended Workmanship Warranty. Both are available only for bathrooms I've installed.

​I’ve just launched the Smith & Weston Aftercare Membership for my local Nailsea, Clevedon and surrounding area clients. It’s a simple annual 'health check' where I come in, refresh the silicone, check the plumbing, and make sure everything is watertight—so you don't have to worry about it.
