Great win last night for Jordan - it was a great journey for us lots of hard hours worked on in and out of the gym , I still love the training and bringing young men into the game and seeing there faces when they Win-BOXING-KICKBOXING-MARTIAL ARTS has been a part of all my life in and out of the gym and will still continue it’s a great discipline and great for the the body and mind ,great evening for Jordan well deserved 🥊🥊💨💨🏅

We had Fathers Day Sunday Roast there today and what a great day we had - we thought it was a Roast and a Pint on the booking only to our surprise it was a 3 course meal with all the bells and whistles (as well as the pint ) , the food was better than I’ve had at any restaurant on Father’s Day in years and came away needing a sleep on the sofa😂😂, the food was fresh and cooked to perfection and kept on coming and drinks were on call -the cream tea and cakes at the end just finished the meal off 👌 the staff look after you soo well the atmosphere is relaxed chilled, the Familly who own and run the business have got it absolutely on point, to have this on our doorstep in Frampton we are soo lucky, can’t keep away from the place it’s great fresh food with generous portions at a really good price in great surrounding -what more could you ask for 👏 👌❤️
