Another project successfully completed by the team at the Engineering Workshop, Openshaw Campus, for our valued client, J. Greenwood (Builders).

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks carried out the complete composite floor package, including the installation of:

220m² of Metfloor 60 decking
576 welded shear studs
140mm thick concrete slab poured to a basic finish

Works at MCS Letchworth are progressing well, with Unit 3 now complete.

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks has successfully delivered the composite floor package completed to date, including the installation of:

2,070 m² of MetFloor 60 decking.
2,757 welded shear studs.
150mm thick concrete poured to a plain finish.

The project is progressing well, with 1,144 m² of the composite floor package still to be completed.

The works completed to date have been delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards, demonstrating the commitment and professionalism from the team.

We are currently progressing well on another project for our valued client, Tilbury Douglas, at Pershore High School.

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks are currently carrying out the complete composite floor package, including the installation of:

2,932m² of MetFloor 55 decking
4,029 welded shear studs
150mm concrete poured and finished to a hand-float finish

The project is running smoothly, and we are estimated to complete the works within the next few weeks.

As we move towards completion, we're pleased with the progress achieved and look forward to delivering another successful project for our valued client.

We’re proud to have successfully completed another fantastic project at QEH Theatre, Clifton, Bristol, for our valued client Beard Construction

Studwelders CFD Ltd. carried out the complete composite floor package, including the installation of:

217m² of MetFloor 55 decking
426 welded shear studs
130mm thick concrete poured to a basic finish

A great project completed in Newquay for our valued customer RHOS.

Studwelders Composite Floor Decks Ltd. delivered the full composite floor package on this job, ensuring a high-quality finish from start to completion.

📍 Project details:
• 188m² of Metfloor 60 decking
• 470 welded shear studs
• 150mm concrete poured to a basic finish

This project also marks a big milestone for us — our first concrete installation completed fully in-house!
