Back to manifacturing Mondays and Hugo's at work assembling the whippet ebikes ready to dispatch to awaiting customers. Pannier racks are quite a common add on to the whippets and we can see why. It definitely makes for a more comfortable ride! 😎

A key part to us being able to wind our own stators now involves some dremeling to make room for the copper wires. An added step but a necessary one! We are always adapting our processes to allow for changes that come up. Making the products ourselves means we keep the power to do this and so can ensure the quality of our products 😎

introducing revos 4 (our ebike conversion kit):
- Now hand wound (in Bristol!) to achieve the best efficiency and quality
- Our stators steel laminations are now grain oriented to improve efficiency
- A new control of the motor, making it even more responsive and quiet !

We are so happy to be sharing the changes made to the revos finally! Finding ways to continuously improve our products is something we are passionate about and will continue doing 😎
