Here’s some progress updates from our latest projects we’re working on..

Our site in hanham is coming along nicely with 2 timber frames almost complete and the next 2 plots ready🏠

Were half way through our wrap around extension in Keynsham, and the carpenters have made a great job on the roofs🪚

Finally our job in Yate is coming to an end with most of the block walls complete, and our bricklaying apprentices managed to get some good experience on the trowel👷‍♂️

▫️◼️ F I N I S H E D P R O J E C T ◼️▫️

Some finished photos of another job we finished earlier this year. We built an extension on the side of the house to give the customers a bigger kitchen area🏠

We also installed a sky light and some large sliding doors to brighten up the room. We also added a new Indian sandstone patio area with steps👌

▫️◾️ FINISHED PROJECT ◼️▫️

Here are some photos of a garage build we finished earlier this year..

We had to match the aesthetic of the existing house, therefore we used cement fibre slate tiles on the roof and a silicone render finish on the outside👌

Inside is split into a sizeable garage at the front and a newly transformed man cave at the back🎱

▫️◼️ J O B C O M P L E T E ◼️▫️

Some finished photos of a small extension in Redland we completed last year.

We ripped down the old conservatory and put down new footings, built up with 2 skins of blockwork and finished with a gpr flat roof and skylight to let more light in☀️

We will be back soon to fit a new kitchen which will run from the old kitchen through into the new extension.

Before and after pictures of the front roof at our loft conversion job in pill. This roof design certainly gave us a few headaches but the outcome looks amazing😅

Every step from the roof joists to the lead-work and tiles, we took great care in getting the small details right to meet the customers expectations 👌

Even the plasterboarding on the inside has left us with these amazing shapes around each dormer which reflect loads of light ☀️

We are very pleased with how this turned out and with a new coat of render this house will look completely transformed!

Roof is watertight and gables are built on our garage build in high littleton💪

Also made a good start on the man-made slate tiles to match the existing house🔨

Big progress on the loft conversion in pill, so much effort and detail has gone into all of the carpentry work😅

All of the roof has been cut on now and is ready for felt, batten and the man-made slate tiles🔨

Can’t wait to see this roof tiled with the velux and dorma windows installed😍

Managed to get plenty done last week on our new job in high Littleton despite the dodgy weather 🌧

Blockwork built up to a course below dpc, ground reduced and levelled, scalping and sand base put down and concrete poured ☑️

All passed off and ready for the internal blockwork this week🙌

Amazing first week or so on our new job in pill. Roof gaps cut out for steel frame, steel frame craned into place, tin hat put up and old roof completely stripped💪

Roof timbers also all cut up into 3ft pieces for burning so no waste at all🪵

Thanks to for the scaffold put up so quickly… we definitely needed it this week☔️😂

Some cedar effect composite cladding fitted recently on our job in oldland common. Finishes the balcony off perfectly👌

Up to roof height on our job in Clifton college🙌

we had to build on top of an existing single story with mixed bradstone, and used stone mullions to form the window frames.

Very happy with the final outcome and blends in nicely to the old stonework building.
