World Mental Health Day, 10th October 💚

In construction, looking after people’s mental health is just as important as their physical safety.

Long working hours, demanding projects and workplace pressures can all affect our wellbeing.

This World Mental Health Day, we’re highlighting the importance of checking in with colleagues, having open conversations and knowing where to find support when it’s needed.

Sometimes, simply taking the time to ask someone how they’re doing is a good place to start.

If you or someone you know is struggling, organisations such as The Lighthouse Charity and Mates in Mind provide valuable mental health support and resources for those working in the construction industry.

Remember, you don’t have to face things alone.

Bowling, arcade games and a bit of friendly competition 🎳

The Notion4 team headed to Hollywood Bowl for some time away from the office. Safe to say there was plenty of competition and a few questionable bowling skills 😂

Good to get everyone together outside the office!
