A recent delivery on conjunction with a magnetic chuck supplier. The components are centralised and gripped by the sleeve of the PTG mandrel.
The chuck is then energised to pull back the component.

Double sleeve mandrel operated by the chuck draw bar. Removal of the chuck is not required as the mandrel mounts to the front face, saving setting time. The mandrel grips a large refrigeration housing.

Recent delivery To Rolls Royce Aero Engines. Electron Beam Welding fixture for the XWB engine. The central sleeve is cut away to allow a component lifter to access the component.

PTG's latest design, a collet chuck adapter to change over from external op 10 to internal op 20 in seconds. No need to remove the collet chuck as the adapter locates within it, accepts all the standard range of PTG drawbar and nut operated mandrels. See website for further details.
