In this hands-on day course, you'll choose from a wide selection of glass colours and textures to suit your style. Your experienced tutor, Kaz Bosanquet, will guide you sequentially through the entire crafting process:
✨ Health and safety first – workshop safety, protective gear, and tool handling.
✨ Cutting glass – learning to score, break, and shape your pieces safely.
✨ Foiling – applying and burnishing copper foil to prepare your glass.
✨ Soldering – fusing your foiled glass pieces together with a soldering iron.
✨ Using patinas – applying chemical finishes to alter the solder color for a classic look.
Kaz will help you get a great grounding in these core skills, ensuring you finish your unique piece during the day, ready to take home and show off in your house or garden! 🏡
