🔥☀️ A scorcher of a day on the tools! ☀️🔥

The UK heatwave isn’t making life easy, but we’re cracking on and getting this garden transformation over the line. 💪 the old decking and stairs had become so rotten and unsafe it made the garden unusable!

This project included a brand-new raised decking area, custom staircase with handrails, and a full run of new fencing to give the garden a fresh, clean finish. Plenty of water breaks, sun cream, and determination were needed in these temperatures, but the results are worth it! 🌞🪵

Really pleased with how this one has turned out. A safe, solid set of steps, a smart decking area, and a fence built to last!

Stage 1 complete on this extension and knock-through project. 🔨

The new space is really starting to take shape, with the structural works now finished and the transformation already visible.

We’re now waiting on plastering and second-fix electrics before moving on to the next phase – the loft conversion. Once that’s underway, we’ll return to complete the full top-to-bottom finish throughout the property.

Excited to see this one come together over the next few weeks. 👌
