We’re proud to share another major milestone for Drillcut (UK) Limited.
Our team has successfully completed a highly complex project in Sydney, Australia delivering specialist cutting works on a live cruise ship that remained fully operational throughout the process.
This project involved mobilising our own experienced operatives and flying specialist equipment from the UK to Australia to carry out the precision cutting of a large steel engine into manageable sections. With a demanding programme of just two weeks, our team rose to the challenge and delivered ahead of schedule, completing the works 2 days early.
Operating within a live environment of this scale requires not only technical expertise, but careful planning, coordination, and an unwavering commitment to safety and efficiency. The team executed flawlessly under pressure, maintaining the highest standards from start to finish.
This marks our 6th successfully completed project in Australia a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the consistency of our delivery on international projects.
