The property, utilised for social events by a Bristol-based student society, was identified as being in a significant state of disrepair. We were appointed to deliver a comprehensive internal refurbishment to address the widespread damp issues and restore the building to a safe, functional standard.

Works were undertaken in line with recommendations from local chartered surveyors, implementing a structured remedial approach to fundamentally eliminate penetrating damp across all levels. The project also included the full replacement of services and complete internal redecoration.

As principal contractor, we coordinated and managed all associated trades alongside our in-house team, ensuring efficient delivery within the program and budget.

Small project completed over summer. General overhaul of a dated living room/diner space. Wallpaper removed and made good throughout, creating a new fresh space ready to decorate, move in, and relax ๐Ÿค˜๐Ÿป
