We’re proud to once again be supporting the Portishead Carnival — an event that brings the whole community together and showcases everything great about our town.

Last year we were delighted to help set up the main field and even tow the Royal Family float with one of our Ivywood vehicles! It’s always been a brilliant day out for all ages, and this year it’s grown into a whole week of fantastic events for everyone to enjoy.

We are excited to share some photos of a recent project completed in Bleadon. The brief was to create a luxurious pool room and outdoor living space that seamlessly combined functionality and elegance.

The project features a stunning pond, a cozy fire pit, a relaxing hot tub, versatile garden rooms, and dedicated seating and dining areas. We also incorporated an outdoor kitchen to enhance the alfresco experience. Additionally, we laid an impressive 2,500m² of lush lawn to the front and rear of the property, creating expansive green spaces to complement the design. To complete the project, we installed a beautifully crafted driveway with a unique resin eye centerpiece as requested by the client adding a striking visual element.

We’re proud of how this project turned out, balancing aesthetic appeal with practicality.

With the announcement of no Free School Meal vouchers for FSM receiving children during half term or Christmas holidays, at a time where previously a full wage was stretched but now on furlough is 2/3rd. Meaning 2/3rd food, 2/3rd rent, 2/3rd utility bills.... Just so you know, if you run out of food or necessities, or times are just tough, please don’t let you or your kids go to sleep on an empty stomach. Don’t be afraid or embarrassed to send us a private message. We will do anything we can to help. It may simply be a case of dropping off a food parcel and leaving. No one has to know and where others are concerned, it never happened.
