Maxi team at it again!. Downstairs hallway and living room had a severely bad rising damp and penetrating damp issue, aslo damp was coming up through the floor due to no membrane installed.
So the maxi team had to come to the rescue!💪🏼🦹

Dug down 50mm in the living room floor so then we could apply a membrane and screeded on top, to then finesh the floor with 2 coats of liquid membrane for that extra strength💪🏼

Hacked of walls back to stone, then chemicle dpc injection to stop the damp from rising, then applied 3 coats of waterproof sand and cement. Finished off with a multi finish plaster with 2 coats.

Happy new year from the maxi team! Another job completed from the gang!

Removed the chimney breast inside, re-rendered and plastered to a finishing standard for a log burner.

Removed kitchen and utility units due to rising damp behind, hacked off back to brick, applied a chemical injection dpc. Removed kitchen-rendered with waterproof sand and cement and re-skimmed to a high quality standard. Once dry-refitted kitchen back.

Dug up the utility floor due to no damp membrane, applied a new membrane and concrete floor, then applied latex liquid flooring ready for new laminate flooring.

Another successful job completed by the MAXI TEAM!💪🏼
Basement screed floor dug down to 75mm,
Relaced with new delta membrane then re-layed 75mm of new fibre screed.
Then applied 2 coats of proxy liquid membrane on top of the screed for that extra damp protection, ready for the new gym to be installed.🏋️💪🏼
