------ The Hinowa Lightlift 26.14 Performance IIIS is a high-performance tracked spider lift designed to provide exceptional access in confined and challenging environments. Offering a working height of 25.7m and up to 13.75m of horizontal outreach, it enables operators to carry out construction, maintenance, arboricultural, and specialist access tasks with ease. Despite its impressive reach, the machine features a compact tracked chassis with a transport width of just 0.99m and a stowed height of under 2m, allowing it to pass through standard doorways and restricted access areas while maintaining excellent stability through its automatic stabilisation system.
---- The lift is available with diesel, electric mains, or lithium-ion battery power options, making it suitable for both outdoor and zero-emission indoor applications. Its advanced Performance IIIS control system simplifies operation through automatic levelling and a convenient “Go Home” function that automatically retracts and aligns the boom for transport. Additional safety features include anti-entrapment protection, emergency lowering systems, and a multilingual digital diagnostic display. Combining compact dimensions, strong lifting performance, and advanced safety technology, the Lightlift 26.14 is an ideal solution for working at height in sensitive, restricted, or difficult-to-access locations.

We have entered No Falls Week 👣💙

This week, we’re proud to be taking part in No Falls Week to raise awareness about why falls prevention matters and how small actions can make a big difference.

Every year literally hundreds of thousands of people work at height in a variety of industry sectors. Some are more obvious than others, such as construction, roofing and facilities management, but there are also countless others who work at height on a day-to-day basis – often without realising it – in shops, offices, factories and hospitals. The list is almost endless.
What they all have in common is risk. The risk of a fall that might kill them or leave them with serious life-changing injuries with potentially devastating consequences for their families, friends and work colleagues.

The No Falls Foundation, has three distinct objectives:

⭐To help keep people safe by creating greater awareness and understanding of the risks associated with working at height;
⭐To better understand the causes of falls from height through research and the exchange of information and knowledge;
⭐To support those people facing the aftermath and consequences of a fall from height.

Throughout the week, our team have been getting involved by sharing helpful tips, promoting safer environments, and encouraging important conversations around staying active, safe, and steady on our feet. Because preventing falls isn’t just about avoiding accidents — it’s about helping people stay confident, independent, and doing the things they love every day.✨

Let’s work together to keep everyone safer, stronger, and supported.

👷‍♂️ Mental Health in Construction Matters 🧠

Working in construction isn’t just physically demanding — it can be mentally tough too.

⏱️ Long hours
📋 Tight deadlines
⚠️ High-pressure environments

All of these can lead to stress onsite, and it’s not always easy to spot. But ignoring it doesn’t make it go away.

🦺 We protect our bodies with PPE — let’s protect our minds too
Hard hats, gloves, boots… they’re essential every day.
💭 But our mental wellbeing deserves that same level of care and attention.

💬 Let’s talk about it

Creating an open culture on site is key. When people feel safe to speak up, ask for help, or simply say “I’m not okay,” it can make a real difference.

🧑‍⚕️ First aiders for mental health play a vital role
They’re not just there for physical injuries — many are trained to support mental health too.
👂 A listening ear
🤝 A bit of guidance
📍 Pointing someone to the right support

Sometimes that’s all it takes to help someone through a tough day.

👀 Look out for your mates
A quick check-in can go a long way:
“Are you alright?” can mean more than you think.

🏗️ Stronger culture = safer sites
When mental health is taken seriously, everyone benefits — better teamwork, safer environments, and healthier people.

💡 Let’s treat mental health the same as physical safety. It’s just as important.

If you require First Aid for Mental Health training please call our friendly training team or send us an email to book.
