Now, this is an exciting update...

We’ve recently invested in a Bobcat Company S100 to support our sand reclamation process across the facilities.

After regularly hiring equipment when needed, bringing this in-house will help improve efficiency, reduce downtime and make our day-to-day operations that little bit smoother. πŸ™Œ

There's still work to do after the pour!

Our 7-tonne-per-hour knock-out system efficiently removes sand from the castings, while our 8ft and 6ft shotblast machines help clean and prepare the surface. Then, across our five dedicated fettling bays, the castings are finished using a range of specialist equipment.
