Big things have been happening behind the scenes! 🔨✨

We know it’s been a little quiet on our page recently, but that’s only because we’ve been fully focused on transforming this bungalow project and several other projects (posts soon to come) This has been a full renovation that we’re incredibly proud of for multiple reasons.

It’s always rewarding to take an older property and breathe new life into it — creating a modern, functional, and beautiful home for our clients to enjoy for years to come.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be sharing more photos and completed results from other projects we’ve been working hard on throughout the start of the year.

After receiving a call from a customer last week in regards to a main shower leaking, we found several issues with the existing enclosure, tray and pipework!

The “emergency response” team went in removed all the old “shoddy” work. Replaced all pipework, removed an old electric shower and installed a new mixer shower, new “black sparkle” wet panel and a new off set quad enclosure.

Job done for a lovely customer in ramsgate! ✅

Today we signed off on our most recent bathroom. After some delays from suppliers and personal illness we are complete!

Turning a dark and glum room into a light and spacious bathroom. Rearranging the space enabled us to get a large shower area and also a bath into the room. Reducing old unnecessary storage and removal of a cylinder heating system. A brand new boiler & cupboard with interior bi folding door to save space.

This job was a rollercoaster full of ups and down, overcoming structural problems and also supplier issues (LUSSO).

The finished product does speak for itself!
Complete gut and refit, rewire (shoutout to TKM Electrical), stud walls built for imbuilt furnishings, floor levelled and t+g installed, ditra installed, sunken shower tray, tiling throughout, custom boiler cupboard and doors and much more!

Second big job completed in this property for a lovely couple in Broadstairs.
