Week 1 complete in Dartford! 🏠🔨

This property was hit hard by extensive fire and smoke damage throughout, but the recovery is already well underway.

Seven days in, and we’ve already finished the heavy lifting of the strip-out. The majority smoke-damaged layers are gone, the site is clear, and we are officially ready to start the rebuild and redecoration process.

It’s a long road from fire damage to a finished home, but getting the foundations right in the first week makes all the difference. Stay tuned for the transformation. ✨

It’s always a proud moment for the team when we hand back the keys to a property that has seen better days. 🏠🔥

We recently finished the roof and structural rebuild of this home in Slough after it was devastated by a major fire. Seeing it go from heavy fire damage to this pristine, solid finish is what the job is all about.

It was a tough build given the initial damage, but we’ve ensured the new structure is built to last and back to its best.

It's incredible to see the transformation taking place, with most of the work now complete.

We're on the final stretch, with just a few finishing touches to go before this property is ready.

Our latest project in Slough began with a significant challenge.

The property suffered extensive fire damage, leaving the entire loft area in extremely poor and hazardous condition.

We’ve now safely passed the most difficult stages of remediation and are driving toward completion.

We look forward to sharing internal pictures of the transformed loft space in our next video update—progress is moving fast!
