Another milestone in the ZRO Group project 👏

Last week, we welcomed the ZRO Group team to SYSPAL for a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of the standalone equipment phase of the project.

Giving the opportunity to review the equipment, discuss final details, and see everything taking shape ahead of delivery.

The visit included:

✔️ Eurobin tipper
✔️ Dolav tipper & inspection table
✔️ Eurobin tumbler
✔️ Stacking & racking
✔️ Vibratory conveyor currently in manufacture

PDIs are an important part of the process, providing customers with the opportunity to review their equipment before it leaves our workshop.

Many of our followers will have been following this project from the early trial and planning stages.

While Sweetdreams has evolved into ZRO Group, the journey we've been sharing continues.

A production environment driven by purpose! 👏

We had the pleasure of visiting last week, where we were given a full insight into the scale and impact of their organisation...

Where surplus food is sorted, handled, and redistributed to those who need it the most.

In an environment like this, efficiency means more than productivity.

➡️It means more meals, less waste, and faster support for communities across the Midlands.

Our dolav tipper plays a small role within that process.

Helping reduce manual handling and allowing staff and volunteers to sort produce like carrots in a safer, more consistent way.

With over 5,000 tons of food redistributed last year - the equivalent of 11 million meals. The impact of every improvement, no matter how small, quickly adds up.

Last week, we had on-site filming our new corporate video - built around the customer journey.

From first consultation through to design, fabrication, assembly, testing and ongoing service - every stage working together as one complete process.
