The new pod 2.7 is suitable for small spaces. Due to its external measurement being only 2.5 meters overall height no planning permission is required. We are all now adjusting to a new mindset to deal with the challenges within our daily lives.

During the pandemic, more and more people started to work from home. Millions of UK citizens were forced to work from home temporarily. This brought on huge challenges. At first, it was a short-term solution. This year’s struggle to fight the pandemic has forced us to rethink how we will organize our working schedules.

I would like to keep things simple. If working from home becomes your new way of our life, we would like to offer the perfect environment for you.

All timber garden buildings are subject to planning permission rules, but the good news is that they actually don`t require planning permission for installation if followed certain rules.

Outer buildings that are single-story, with a maximum eves height of 2.5 meters and maximum overall height of 4 meters if it has a dual pitched roof or 3 meters with mono-pitched roof, need to be more than 2 meters away from the boundary.

If the garden build is less than 2 meters away from the boundary its overall height can not exceed 2.5 meters.
