Sometimes the best ideas start with a simple question.

Recently, one of our customers approached us looking for something a little different to include in the goody bags they were putting together for their team. They wanted something thoughtful, useful, and memorable — but weren’t quite sure what that looked like yet.

After chatting through a few ideas, we suggested these beautifully crafted wooden keychains. Simple, practical, and something their team could actually use every day.

They loved them so much that after the first batch, they came straight back and ordered another 750!

It’s always rewarding helping customers turn an idea into something people genuinely appreciate, and this project was a perfect example of that.

As we approach the local elections on the 7th of May, we’re supporting Electoral Services teams with practical solutions designed to improve the polling day experience.

Hi, I’m Lillie, and I’m excited to share that I am now a permanent member of the Probadge team after officially completing my Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship!

After a year and a half of hard work, I’m incredibly grateful to be continuing my journey with Probadge—a team that has truly become like family. During my time here, I’ve developed valuable life skills and gained so much experience, both professionally and personally.

I’m especially thankful to my manager, Kathy, for her continued support throughout my journey and as I take my next steps. I’m really excited to be starting further training in marketing—an area I’ve been passionate about since I first joined.
