How often do you get to work with a view as good as this?! 😍🌊

Great progress being made by Harbour construction on this R-WALL build, with the team making use of our online training library along the way! 👏

Fantastic work, and what a place to be building! 🏡

At Ladybird Farm, the rural setting, architectural form and energy strategy were considered together. Orientation, fabric, glazing, shading and photovoltaic generation all inform the home’s design.

For a new or replacement home approaching the 2027 transition, these are decisions to discuss while the design can still respond. Our Future Homes Standard guide explains where to begin.

Ladybird Farm is an existing project, not a certification example for the future standard.

A very well-deserved achievement!
An amazing design that we’re lucky enough to be a part of 👏

We've won. 🏆

Sea Reach has just been named the Cornwall winner at the International Property Awards.

We're really proud of this one. Sea Reach touched every part of what we do: design, planning strategy, and an understanding of Cornwall's coastal landscape, and having it recognised at this level means a great deal to the whole team.

Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen. From the clients who trusted us with their vision to everyone here who worked on it, and to Claydons, who's currently building it.

More to come on this. Watch this space. 👀
