The customer wanted to build a raised perimeter and have glazing installed without ripping the whole patio up,

This week we had the pleasure of refurbishing two dormer roofs in Launceston. The owners didn’t have a leak as yet but the roof was over 20 years old and they wanted to do it before it leaked and caused damage.
This was an old felt roof but the boards were structurally sound. This meant we could overlay a single ply membrane system with sika metal trims and this would give 45+ years life expectancy and piece of mind their flat roofs would never cause an issue.
We are the only sika approved commercial company in north Cornwall that can provide the level of guarantee that these roofs deserve.
