own into 3 key elements. Firstly, a 2 hour long presentation about flight training, the realities of commercial flying and the different programs on offer. Other topics included cover pilot contracts and pay, work patterns and job stability in modern flying. The second part includes Aptitude Testing. This gives you a chance to go through the selection process used by Flight Training Organisations and Airlines and with feedback you will have an idea about the areas which you need to work on to pass selection. An finally, you will go through a full pre-flight briefing and flight in a full-motion airline simulator to give you a feel about how the job is and whether or not you will actually take to it.
