Ensuite renovation for our great customers in Burley In Wharfedale! 🏡🛠️
This ensuite hadn’t been touched since the 70s so a full rip out an re plumb was needed! They were also on a gravity fed hot water system which was inadequate to supply decent hot water pressure to the bathrooms in the property. 💧 We sorted this with a pressurised tank conversion. Ensuite included a 2000x900mm resin shower tray and double slider screen 🛁 Kartell shower valve, riser rail and rain head and Roper Rhodes suite! Toilet was a Japanese style electric bidet with remote control on a wall hung cistern🚽 Suite and materials supplied by Andy Saunders at JT Atkinson Builders Merchant Yeadon branch! 😎 Tiles supplied by Latinos ceramics in Guiseley!

First and second fix plumbing and heating including full bathroom and downstairs toilet for our client in Ilkley!🏡😎
We recently completed a a full house first and second fix plumbing, flow and return, boiler install, radiators and a loft staircase install on this full house renovation in Ilkley! Bathroom looks stunning 🛠️

Full wet room for our awesome clients in Addingham! 🛠️🚿🛁 this job was more than just your normal bathroom! We moved a wall and door to extend the size and re-arranged the layout to create this stunning main bathroom. We supplied a full Scudo suite including wall hung toilet, Akw wet room tray and Mapei full water proof kit! Tiles from latinos ceramics. We’ve just started their ensuite so stay tuned for that one 😎

Recent kitchen renovation in Burley In Wharfedale! 🛠️ was a pleasure to be able to design, supply and fit for our 94 year old client for his first ever new kitchen! We also did a full rewire in the kitchen including a wired smoke alarm system for the house and new outside lights, new fire board ceiling, full plaster, new Karndean floor and wall tiles! we incorperated a lot of pull out units to make access and functionality a breeze for our client! 🏡

Full kitchen renovation for our awesome clients in Ilkley! This kitchen required a full re-wire, full re-plumb and wooden lintels replacing! We knocked it back to brick, and then created this shaker style kitchen with solid oak tops, engineered oak floors, and top of the line appliances 🛠️🏡

Completed fully self contained annex with large living space, two bedrooms and single bathroom from a while back! 🏡 It’s been some time since we last posted, but thanks to our great clients that have been keeping us so busy! 😎🛠️

Happy new year! 2020 was an incredibly busy year here at O’Neill’s contracting and we’ve started off 2021 just the same! 🛠 Finishing off some really cool jobs in the coming weeks and some great stuff to start in the near future! New project well underway in Guiseley🛠
Our clients had a shell of an annex in their backyard when they purchased there house and wanted to complete the forgotten project from the previous owners!
Council and building control have been reinstated and on we roll with this awesome family accomodation! Full new drainage, water, electrical mains and gas has also been installed into the annex. Thermal lined plasterboards and rock wool insulation on insulated brick cavity has also been used to achieve higher insulation properties due to the fact there is a large amount of double glazed doors windows and veluxs.

Ready for kitchen! 🛠 Utility and pantry screeded and ready to follow on next week with paint, oak herringbone flooring and full new exterior drainage for the property 😎
Been a busy couple of weeks in Guiseley cracking on with this! Painting completed by our in house painters using dulux brilliant white Matt finish and farrow and ball estate emulsion. Windows are now white with a good sanding and multiple coats of Leyland under coat and eggshell top coat. We have installed engineered oak herringbone flooring which looks amazing and has been great to fit!
Had a major gas leak outside so have had northern gas out digging up the back yard and running new gas mains into the property!
It’s been all go here hence the delay in the updates. Looking forward to seeing some joinery next week!

Plastered out nearly ready for kitchen in Guiseley🛠 6.30am start and Pkb plastering services had this skimmed out before lunchtime and it’s bang on! We have opened up the existing chimney and replaced the large York stone lintel with two 178x102x19mm UB steels and a 4 mm steel plate welded to the top to hold up the inside and outside of the original chimney and flu block work. This will take the new kitchen units holding the oven, gas hob and extractor tucked away neatly above within the chimney itself. All walls knocked off and re boarded, ceiling has been fire boarded whilst keeping the original coving. Utility, pantry, roof, hallway and stairs coming along nicely too(pics to follow)
