Re-covered leaking roof. A single storey extension tiled roof, built by another company, had been built with a pitch to low for water to run off properly, and the building inspector wouldn't sign off the roof. Stripped off the old tiles and membrane, boarded the roof over and fitted a torch on flat roof system. Customer wanted a tiled finish, so raised the laths off the roof to allow water to run down the torch on felt, and fitted new tiles to match in colour with the old tiles. All signed off as complete now, and one less headache for the customer.
