We are currently looking for experienced Construction Cleaners for an immediate start who will work on our New Build 74 Bedroom Care Home in Mere, BA12 6FE.

The successful candidate:

Be located close to the site address (NO travel or accommodation provided).

Site hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 5pm
Friday 7.30am - 3pm

£20ph.

The successful candidate:

MUST be Self-employed with a UTR Number

Have previous experience working to a high end finish.

Be located close to the site address (NO travel or accommodation provided).

Site hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 5pm
Friday 7.30am - 3pm

Our expectation is to be completing 4/5 rooms in 2 weeks by 1 decorator.

Hourly rate or price work can be considered.

Horizon Building Contractors are a Main Contractor based in Burnham on Sea, North Somerset. We undertake a range of construction projects across the UK ranging in value currently of up to £12M, mainly within the care home sector from large new builds to renovations, as well as small housing sites and commercial refurbishments. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work and are currently looking to expand our team as we are growing.

We are looking for Experienced Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers who will work on our various sites mainly in the South West of England with the possibility of jobs elsewhere in the UK.

The successful candidate:

MUST be Self-employed with a UTR Number
Have previous experience in Site Management
Preferably have hands-on experience on a construction site
Have Fire Marshal and First Aid certificates (would be an advantage)
Be located in the Somerset area
