Now that’s a patio with a view. 👀

The JSD Engineering and Construction team just adding the finishing touches with a stainless steel and glass balustrade to this porcelain rooftop patio.

This is definitely one of those projects our lads should be very proud of. The attention to detail is second to none!

The comment from the homeowner was -

“ I just wish the whole house had been built to the same standard as you have done on the garage and garden”

Even after all the rain this week we didn’t expect to find these guys on site.

Despite these cute little visitors work has started for the JSD Engineering and Construction building team on a domestic extension in Preston this week.

It was touch and go at one stage wondering if we were to be at the mercy of Mother Nature but these guys exited site and left no mess.

Sunny days are productive days 🌞 🧱

We are so close to the finish line on this one in Foulridge and have made great progress this week thanks to the May sunshine.

K Render going on and looking fresh and clean!
Paving works to the drive are progressing well and just the glass panels to install on the balcony, just look at that view!

Garage doors are ordered and should be installed next week then its on to the next one!

A quick visit to site in the sunshine to see progress and it’s really pleasing to see the quality of workmanship our lads are producing on this large garage build and garden make over.
