We’re kicking off a new project in Dudley installing screed across 16 apartments, covering a total area of 1,058m².

The specification includes ISO rubber insulation alongside EPS70 (50mm), delivering strong thermal and acoustic performance throughout the build.

The screed will be pumped to upper levels using one of our screed pumps, allowing for efficient delivery and a consistent, high-quality finish across every unit, ensuring a solid level platform.

Today we reached a key milestone on this stunning development in Stratford-upon-Avon. Phase 1 delivered 4 beautiful dwellings, as part of a wider scheme of 19 luxury properties.

Our team installed a 60mm Gyvlon Eco flowing screed, providing a high-quality, sustainable foundation for these homes.

🚧New Floor Pending🚧

Last night we installed 27m2 of Traditional screed to the Boots @ New Street Station for a shop fitting contractor

Works couldn't commence till 11pm with the screed being dropped on the main road then transported closer in pedestrian area via one of our trucks to then reach its final destination via the Wheel barrow
