🚀 Innovative insulated glass sorting with SortJet IG! 🌐
Imagine if you could simply reproduce faulty or damaged insulated glass units and seamlessly integrate them in the shipping process, without production downtimes or unnecessary labour! The sorting system from HEGLA makes it possible.
Our SortJet IG temporarily stores insulated glass after production and only sends them for shipping when all the units in an order are ready. This dissolves the strict dependency between production and shipping.
In turn, this means less handling effort and more efficiency in production. The SortJetIG system’s strengths are particularly evident when it comes to mixed glass types or post-production:
