Nice upgrade from a leaking cylinder and faulty boiler to a combi. We repipes the airing cupboard to suit.

The importance of an annual service/ landlords certificate. This test point cover had been left out from a previous engineer.

Carbon monoxide will have been entering the room whilst the boiler was on.

Luckily no harm has come from this as the property has been empty for a long period. This could have been a lot worse.

All safe and tested now ready for the next tenant/ holiday maker.

Very hot work in this weather😅 But an old inefficient back boiler removed and a brand new .uk combi boiler installed.

Our customer will see great energy savings with this boiler being A rated.

A new towel rail with electric immersion heater in place of the cylinder so even when it’s warm in the summer but raining ☔️ outside our customer will be able to turn just this radiator on to air their clothes.

A lovely new .uk ecotec installed. The old boiler was 13 years old and the heat exchanger was leaking which blew the electrics.

New radiators & twin entry conversions needed, with new thermostatic radiator valves.

As there was no room thermostat we installed a wireless stat.
