🏗️ Wrangler Ashford - Complete Retail Store Transformation

Our team has successfully delivered a full end-to-end store fit-out for Wrangler at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford, converting an empty shell unit into a premium retail destination.

The project encompassed a complete MEP and building fit-out package, including electrical services, feature lighting, plumbing, heating, flooring preparation and installation, fitting rooms, customer amenities, storage areas, bespoke joinery, partition wall construction, plaster boarding, taping and jointing, two feature walls and final finishing works.

Every stage of the project was carefully coordinated to ensure the store was delivered in line with the client's requirements, creating a high-quality retail environment that reflects the Wrangler brand.

We are proud to have partnered on another successful retail development and would like to thank everyone who contributed to the project's completion.

🚗Supporting the MND Association - Charity Banger Rally 2027🚗

We're proud to share that two of our Directors, along with their friends, will be taking on an incredible challenge in 2027 as they participate in a charity banger rally in support of the MND Association.

Their journey will begin in Burstwick, Hull, travelling through France, Switzerland, Italy, and Andorra, before reaching their final destination in Benidorm, Spain. Alongside 50 teams, they'll be covering thousands of miles to raise awareness and funds for a cause that impacts thousands of families across the UK.

Motor Neurone Disease is a devastating condition, and every donation can help support vital research, care, and support services for those affected.

All donations made through our JustGiving page will go directly to the MND Association.

🚧Another Platform Lift Project Completed in West Bromwich!🚧

We recently attended a live retail store in West Bromwich to remove an existing 2-stop, single-entry platform lift and replace it with a brand-new platform lift.

Working within a live retail environment always brings its own challenges, particularly when the store needs to remain operational. On this project, we unfortunately lost two days on site due to issues outside of our control.

Despite the setbacks, our team pulled together and worked efficiently to ensure the existing lift was removed and the new platform lift was installed and ready for use before the weekend.

This meant the store was able to regain use of the lift ahead of a busy weekend - exactly the outcome our client needed.

Another Platform Lift Upgrade Completed in Brough🛗

We’ve recently completed another platform lift replacement project for a client in Brough, removing an existing 3-stop hydraulic platform lift which had been causing the client ongoing issues.

Working closely with the client, we supplied and installed a brand-new 3-stop, partially glazed platform lift, along with all necessary making-good works to ensure the new installation was properly integrated into the existing building.

The project was completed within the client’s specified timeframe, with careful planning and coordination throughout to minimise disruption to the building and its occupants.

The new lift was fully tested and commissioned prior to handover, providing the client with a reliable and modern accessibility solution.

The installation also incorporates key-switched landings, helping to restrict access and prevent unauthorised use of the lift.

The building is home to both an Indian restaurant and a Pilates studio, making reliable accessibility particularly important for customers, visitors and staff.

Another project successfully delivered by the Paragon team, from removal through to installation, testing and final handover.💪

Another successful platform lift replacement completed by the Paragon team in Newbury.

Our engineers recently carried out the full removal of an existing platform lift before installing a brand-new unit, delivering a safe, reliable, and modern lifting solution for the client. From the careful decommissioning and removal of the old equipment through to the installation, testing, and commissioning of the new lift, the project was completed efficiently while minimising disruption to the site.

Replacing ageing equipment not only improves reliability and performance but also enhances accessibility and helps ensure continued compliance with current standards.

A great effort from everyone involved in delivering another quality installation.
