Inspired is thrilled to announce David Sullivan, Collector in our Northwest Region, is our 2025 Carrington Award Winner! The Carrington Award was introduced in honor of John Carrington, our former Business Services Director, who was the personification of Inspired’s culture and core principles. This award is given annually to an employee, nominated by colleagues, who best embodies these attributes. This year, we received 43 Carrington Award Nominations!

David has been part of our team for 20 years. Throughout 2025, David demonstrated exceptional commitment, flexibility, and dedication. He consistently went above and beyond to support our Northwest Collections team and routinely traveled to other regions to assist those teams as well. He has been critical to successful deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Inspired is proud to celebrate International Women’s Day and the efforts to shape a more equal and inclusive future. In honor of IWD 2026 and its important cause, we donated to Stemettes – a social enterprise that supports girls, young women, and non-binary young people ages 5 to 25 in STEM/STEAM through mentoring, hands on experiences, and visible role models.

We also asked our Inspired People to reflect on this year’s Give to Gain theme. From backing themselves, to learning from mistakes, recognizing bias, finding their voice, and the advice that finally landed, our people shared candid moments that showcased their experiences when giving lead to growth.

From early careers to lifelong learning, were committed to helping our colleagues build Skills for Life through high-quality programmes delivered with partners like Corndel and QA.

We’re celebrating our Leadership & Management apprentices from our initial cohort – with 14 learners recently completing Levels 3,5, and 7, all with Distinctions. A fantastic achievement, with more completions to come in Q1 2026. We are lucky to have Dan Dowley, Field Operations Manager, participate and we congratulate him on his L5 graduation – thank you for inspiring us, Dan!

It was an exciting week at Inspired, as we officially launched The Inspired Leader programme across our global workforce!

We enjoyed developing this programme in partnership with Thrive, and our Station Street UK team even had a special visit from their AI assistant, Kiki, who helped us hand out programme materials on launch day!

We are passionate about developing leaders who inspire, empower, and make a real difference every day – thank you to everyone who helps shape what great leadership looks like at Inspired.
