📢 New evidence reinforces the value of patient choice in compression therapy.
With growing evidence supporting both adjustable wrap systems and leg ulcer hosiery kits as effective options for managing venous leg ulcers, clinicians have more opportunities than ever to tailor treatment to individual patient needs.

A pooled meta-analysis and cost-effectiveness analysis covering 21 randomised controlled trials and 2,934 patients found that compression hosiery kits were the most cost-effective option overall and should remain first-line where suitable. Adjustable wrap systems continue to play an important role where compression hosiery kits are unsuitable.
