We’re proud to share one of our latest achievements at our clients property, rebuilding a chimney breast in a Grade II listed building, blending tradition with compliance. When our client discovered the removal of a ground floor chimney breast without the correct certification, it created a huge hurdle in property transactions.

We stepped in to reconstruct the chimney breast, not just as it was, but as it should have always been, ensuring every step was in strict adherence to heritage and building control standards. Restoring the property’s integrity and making it market-ready!

The chimney breast now stands rebuilt in it’s original footprint, with all works officially approved by building control. Our client’s property isn’t just restored—it’s ready to tell it’s story for generations to come.
