Heres a beautiful addition to any home with this bespoke under stair storage unit built for a repeat customer of mine in soham. Another week another patio complete 🙂. Before during and after photos of a job recently completed for customer in isleham, job1 took up her old sunken 450/450 slabs (layed on mud) created are much more suitable hardcore subase with membrane to stop those pesky w**ds relayed on a full bed of sharpsand cement mortar and repointed in good ol cement also took up them old dated borders and relayed new bullnose concrete edgings to suit existing block paving and tidied up those shingle borders. Job 2 marked out and dug down part of her turf area created a lovely 16m2 subase for her new beautiful natural stone mixed pattern raj green sandstone patio/purgola area! Ready for those summer party’s!! Pointed up in a buff resin grout then sealed to make those colours pop and protect from the good old english wether 😉

Another happy customer in my home town of beck row 👌🏼. took down this customers old dated existing wood decking and rotten subframe, to enlarge and transform it to a new long lasting low maintenance stone grey cladco composite decking area for them perfect sunny days/nights!! just waiting for there pergola to arrive. A new 5m/3m treated timber subframe fixed above ground level with w**d barrier membrane and dpm wrapped timbers and noggins to stop that rising damp and rain water damage love this product and finished it in the matching stone grey facia lovely little addition to modernise there lovely little garden area 👌🏼

Haven’t posted for a while so heres a few of the last projects been working on…. excavated a lovely old quarry tile kitchen and concrete floor in march for a client of mine scraped and prepped the floor then latexed for a smooth glassy level finish. insulated and taped all gaps to keep heat in then a 150watt pro-warm underfloor heating matting to take that chill of floor. another 6mm underlay with oak style laminate on top refitted skirting trims and doors to suit totally transformed this customers kitchen and matches in with hallway now a treat

Spot of decorating still got it 🫣 transformed a customers hallway landing celings and 8 doors and frames. facebook wont let me do more than 1 video so this is before well during prep stage after 2 ton of filler and ill post after below,
