Ground floor property in Macclesfield had sustained flood and foul damage from a shared blocked soil pipe and was called in to repair the damage.

Damaged plasterboards replaced✅
Bathroom suite replaced✅
Replaced tiling✅
New skirting throughout hallway and kitchen✅
New kardine flooring in bathroom and throughout✅
Hallway, kitchen and bathroom decorated in brilliant white✅

Just about finished a renovation project in Chesterfield, previous tenants left the property in a right sorry state.

We was asked to assess the property by the owners and over the course of the last couple months we have carried out extensive works which has brought this property to a brilliant standard ready for the market.

Lovely job in Wilmslow finished today.

New opening created to install these stunning french doors.
Door removed, and replaced with window on the new sink wall.
Drainage moved.
Re skimmed the walls.
And new window in the living room.

Looks absolutely spot on 👌
