Role Description

Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy materials.

WE ARE RECRUITING

Office / Admin assistant

- Assist the Managing Director and General Manager with day to day admin duties
- Ensuring all invoices are raised and issued to clients. Following up until payments received
- Assist with compiling timesheets for approval from GM
- General filing duties including preparing site files once GM has generated relevant documents to be included in said file
- Familiar with xero accounting software is an advantage
- Updating accreditations
- Reconciling bank transactions for approval from MD
