THIS is why using cheaper air couplings could be very costly ⚠️

We know what it's like. You're browsing the internet looking for the couplings and adaptors required to fit the tool or application you need for your air compressor.....and you see the couplings in the sizes you need from some obscure company that are very cheap.

So you buy them to save a bit of money.

Your tyres can lead to a driving ban 😱

In case you didn't know, October is tyre safety month and we want to make sure that everybody who reads this is driving a safe and legal vehicle!

There are many aspects to keeping your tyres safe including checking the tread depth of your tyres. But what is tread depth? You can read all about it here: https://www.metrosales.co.uk/tyre-care/how-tyre-tread-depth-can-lead-to-a-driving-ban/

One thing that's definitely worth noting though - if the tread depth is below 1.6mm, then your tyre is illegal and could lead to a fine and/or 3 points on your license.
If all 4 of your tyres are below the legal measurement, it could result in 12 penalty points and ultimately - a driving ban 😓

Stay safe, stay legal! and grab a tyre tread depth gauge to regularly check your tyres and avoid penalties!
